Connector Property
1: Breakdown Voltage:Under the normal temperature and atmospheric pressure,the valid voltage between conductor and insulator is AC 1500V/50Hz,stand 1 min have no breakdown or flashover
2: Insulation Resistance:under the normal temperature and atmospheric pressure,the voltage between conductor and insulator is DC500V,the insulation resistance is more than 100MΩ.
3: Salt Spray Test: the unplug connectors don't be corrosion at the temperature 35±2℃ with 5% NaCl liquor spray test after 48hours.
4: Waterproof performance:under the normal temperature,plug the male female connector put into the 1m depth water ,after 4 hours inner connector have no immersion happened
5: Contact Separating Force:The separating force is 1.0-4.0N
6: Mechanical component life-test: plug and unplug 3000 times permit the plated contact slight abrasion but don't allow to bare the body of the brass. It doesn't affect the function of the connector .
