Answer : Usually we will provide quote within 4 hours during the day and 6 hours at night after we receive the drawing or the sample.

3. Can we get the sample first before I confirm the order?

Answer : Yes,you can, if you confirm our quotation,we can sent the samples for yourfinal confirmation, but please pay for sample fee and express fee.

4.How long does the sample take and do you accept customization?

Answer : Usually, our lead time of sample is about 7 days. Yes, we can.

5. What payments does your factory accept?

Answer : T/T, Paypal, L/C, Western Union, We will check whether there are other new payments.

6.How about is your warranty ?
